How did you get into tattooing: I definitely have to say my brother Jon Clue he has made such an impact in our industry with a style that is sooo recognizable!! Before i ever new i was going to be a tattoo artist i would have to travel from state to state just to go visit my brother working the convention circuit! Id sit for hours on end , mesmerized by the vibrant acid like tattooing my brother was doing finally being an antsy teenager id hop on my board and go find skate spots haha.... little did i know the impact these times would have on my life so many years later! From 15 years old i was introduced to people like Guy Aitchison (when Guilty and Innocent was till open), Paul Booth who was the nicest most down to earth guy!! Kim Saigh, Hannah Aitchison and James Kern who were there for my first tattoo (7hrs) .. Dennis Halbritter ,Ben Wah @ deluxe tattoo...just a few off the top of my head..Basically i feel i was very fortunate from a very young age i was introduced to pushing tattoos as a fine art, and that tattoos can look and are as masterful as an oil painting..that our industry was evolving and tattoos aren't just for biker and sailors anymore!!!!
What inspires you to be an artist: i love pushing your mind and breaking through mental barriers...Inspiration comes from sooo many avenues .. Other tattoo artists, oil painters, sculptors, and life in general especially when my pareidolia kicks in....
