What year did you start tattooing: 2011
Do you have any special training: I was trained as an apprentice. Ive been full time since January 2011. I spent most of 2012 traveling attending and tattooing at tattoo conventions throughout the country. There I was influenced by some of the best artist on the circuit!
Tell us about the style of your work: I guess I just have my own illustrative style. Id say a mix between new school and neo-traditional.
Conventions usually worked: Manchester NH, Boston, Chicago, Philly, Baltimore, Marked for life female expo, hampton rhodes
Where did you apprentice?: Electric Skin in Augusta ME and Tattoo Angus in Manchester NH
What tattoo artist do you most admire: So many to list off. Lets see, Jeff Ensminer, Timmy B, Nick Baxter, Joe Capobianco, Kelly Doty, John Barrett, Phil Garcia, Scotty Munster, Chad Chase, Alex Strangler and the list goes on and on
Before someone gets a tattoo what advice do you give them?: Pick a good reputable artist, Make sure you really want it, let your artist guide you, come in hydrated and with food in your belly lol
How did you get into tattooing: I always loved to draw and was fascinated with tattoos. In high school I would draw my future tattoos and come u with designs for friends. When I stared getting tattooed I was lucky enough to have the artist take me under her wing and give me a chance to work at her shop as the apprentice.
What inspires you to be an artist: Wildlife, nature, space, the ocean, spirituality
What kind of tattoos do you look forward to doing: I look forward to doing anything thats big and colorful. My favorite is when I get to design something incorporating two elements that don't typically go together.
Is there a tattoo that you haven't done yet that you are dying to do: I would love to do a Noah's ark sleeve in my cutsey bubble
gum style. I have the layout all planned out in my head. I just need someone to commit to getting it done.
