Tell us about the style of your work: I love to tattoo photo realistic images. I pay very close attention to details and textures, and approach many of my tattoos as if i were approaching a painting.
Conventions usually worked: I try to do my share of conventions as many as i can a year at least twice a month.
Where did you apprentice?: I was Apprenticed by a good friend of mine at a shop that i would not like to disclose. because id be doing them a justice by affiliating their name with mine.
What tattoo artist do you most admire: I admire several tattoo artist such as Bob Tyrell, Nikko Hurtado, Rember, Dimitry samohan. I am also a big fan of a lot of master painters before my time such as salvidor dali, rembrandt, michael angelo, davinci, and many more.
Before someone gets a tattoo what advice do you give them?: Before getting a tattoo i always suggest that all clients look at the artist portfolio, look at the artist line work if your into line work look at the artist shading color blends. I also suggest asking the artist to allow you to sit in on a tattoo so you can be sure that the persons portfolio actually matches the work you see them produce in person.
How did you get into tattooing: I was always influenced by my surroundings growing up in NYC as a kid. I always drew my whole life but i actually only got into tattooing because i went to a tattoo shop to get a tattoo in brooklyn and got butchered this is why my guidelines for picking a artist are a little more sharper. I had several friends who i hung around that were tattoo artist so after getting a messed up tattoo i was kinda geared in that direction having a artist background since a child.
What inspires you to be an artist: I am inspired by my surroundings such as mother nature my wife and kids and just seeing other artist work day to day i am always looking to get better, and pick up new techniques.
What kind of tattoos do you look forward to doing: I would love to do more national symbolic portraits of people who were part of my childhood , celebrities, activist, and even animal portraits.
Is there a tattoo that you haven't done yet that you are dying to do: I would love to so a Albert Einstein portrait or mother teresa portrait or even some statue portraits because they have so much texture.
