Artists: Jason James smith
What year did you start tattooing: 2007

Where did you apprentice?: Shin shock tattoos Croydon, uk
What tattoo artist do you most admire: Jeff gogue has always been a massive influence for me, but I also love the work of shige, emily rose, justin hartman, alexander grim and loads more.
Before someone gets a tattoo what advice do you give them?: Don't be out of by a long waiting list, it's usually a good sign! And try and work with the artist to get your idea together, going into a shop with a specific idea that the artist has had no help in creating won't get the best from the artist.
