What year did you start tattooing: 2008
Do you have any special training: I have no training bought my machines and supply and learned on my own..I have deffinately had some help and ideas along the way, but try to do better every tattoo I do and push my self everyday!!
Tell us about the style of your work: I love doing realism,portraits and anything else super hard lol.. I do like to do colour work and colour realism,but need more opportunities to do so!! I also love doing japanese artwork and really want to start doing more animals and insects.
Conventions usually worked: I am still fairly new tattooing so I haven't done many conventions, I have done one here in Saskatchewan in saskatoon called ink alley but I would love to do some more travelling I just got home from a guest spot in kamloops British Columbia
Where did you apprentice?: I never officially apprenticed I taught myself how to tattoo.i did get my first start here in regina at simple dreams tattoo shop and met a older artist who came to work there I would say kinda took me under his wing and pushed me harder
What tattoo artist do you most admire: There are so many great artists but a few that deffinately stand out in my mind is of course bob tyrell,nikko hurtado,victor Portugal,jack Rudy,Paul booth so much more but the main few that have inspired me
Before someone gets a tattoo what advice do you give them?: I always make sure they have thought hard of what they wanted I make sure they understand it's on there body for life and to relax and enjoy the ride
How did you get into tattooing: I have always been an artist!! I have a drawing of a car when I think I was like 3 my mom kept somewhere.my dad was a huge reason I started drawing he has drawn and written 3 kids books and taught me lots of fundamentals in drawing.i started drawing cartoons every chance I had then wanted something harder so got into drawing portraits and realism
What inspires you to be an artist: All of the great artists I work with and constantly see work from on Facebook and Instagram inspires me to work harder and harder everyday!!!
What kind of tattoos do you look forward to doing: I want to do way more portraits and realism like insects,vampireish girls kinda creepy monsterish stuff I would love to get a chance to do more of
Is there a tattoo that you haven't done yet that you are dying to do: I have really wanted to tattoo bride of Frankenstein or an elvis portrait I am a huge fan!!! Pretty much any famous person or movie villan would be fun
