Before someone gets a tattoo what advice do you give them?: Do you want it forever? Make sure it's placed within the shape of your body.... Never ever get the names of your significant other... I do teen recommend matching tattoos... When it comes to the face, neck, hands and fingers.... I want them to truly think on it... Also when it comes to radical fads of the youth, I'll try to offer something less abrupt.
How did you get into tattooing: I've alwYs had a passion for art of any and every medium style etc... When I moved down to Austin I saw a chick w some good work so I got her artists number... He was more than willing to teach me how he learned... And it went from there.
What inspires you to be an artist: People's stories, their experience and their triumphs... The look in a clients eyes when they see the finished product.... Once, I did a tattoo of a name on a lifetime friendship I have w this family.... A twin son was killed age 7... Bout 15years ago... One night Juan, his father, asked me to tat Auggies name on his nick... Without hesitation I did what he wanted... I was honored to do that tattoo for him bc I know how much it means to that family. We both cried.
