But for this year's 2012 London Summer Olympics, Hanson Dodge Creative spent $11,100 to have their logo sit on the shoulder of an Olympic athlete in the form of a tattoo...a temporary tattoo, that is. U.S team Olympic runner Nick Symmonds sold the right for an agency to affix a temporary tattoo on his left shoulder. Hanson Dodge won the bid in an eBay auction back in January and now the athlete sports the agency's Twitter handle on his arm. Talk about creative marketing...
