Beats By Dr. Dre X David Guetta Present Beats Mixr Headphones

WRITER Stephanie Collazo

Two-Time Grammy Award winning artist David Guetta collaborated with Beats by Dr. Dre to launch the Beats Mixr headphones ($249.99). The Beats Mixr is described as "the ultimate weapon of choice for DJs , providing them with a direct connection between the music and the audience," by Chairman of Interscope Geffen-A&M Records and cofounder of Beats by Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine. The headphones provide studio quality sound, and while they are flexible to withstand the most intense performances, they still remain light in weight. The Beats Mixr volume levels have been optimized to perform in loud, high noise environments whether it is in a club, a recording studio or on the street, and its unique design also allows the wearer to conveniently swivel the ear cup 180 degrees in order to listen to the external environment.
