Chris Brown Gets New Tattoo On Neck

Just weeks after his on/off-again girlfriend Rihanna got a falcon tattooed on her ankle, Chris Brown added another one to his collection of ink.

Brown got the tattoo at the Black Banditz tattoo parlor in Los Angeles a few days ago. Described as "an indian chief transforming into a wolf", this latest addition is on Brown's neck.

The tattoo was done by artist Peter Koskela, also known as PeterTattooist.
