Chris Brown's Violent Neck Tattoo Sparks Controversy

Chris Brown's new tattoo of a woman's bruised, scratched face looks eerily like his ex, Rihanna. Sources claim that the tattoo is of "a random woman." According to them, Brown isn't immortalizing the alleged assault from February 2009 that left Rihanna with multiple injuries. While the woman's high cheekbones, thin, arched eyebrows and pouty lips may be purely coincidental, this tattoo is pretty disturbing.
