The latest strange person to take devotion and celebrity tattoos 12 steps to far is Carl or @MileyCyrusCarlx. This grown man has an excessive 15 tattoos of Miley Cyrus, ranging from poorly done portraits of her face, her autograph, to song lyrics and titles.

On his twitter profile, he has around 1,800 tweets all primarily about the pop star. With approximately 1,069 followers, he shares his obsession for the newly engaged popstar with tweets like, "“I love u so much x nobody is more beautiful & talented & sexy as u. I have 15 tattoos of u! There’s an Angel in LA.” He also tweets pictures of her, most likely found on the internet, commenting on her body and her baby pictures. If the 'Party in the U.S.A.,' hasn't heard about him yet, I am sure she will.

We have a feeling that this situation will probably start like the girl who got Drake tattooed on her forehead, and end up with Carl's incarceration.
