With his annual OVO Fest concert in Toronto coming up this weekend, Drake is making sure to rep his hometown with some new ink. The rapper got a Toronto area code, a huge "416" on his right side. But that's not all. The tattoo, which can also be read as "116" also pays tribute to late singer Aaliyah. "116" is for Aaliyah's January 16th birthday. This isn't Drake's first tribute to the singer. He's also got a portrait of her on his back. And he's allegedly producing a new Aaliyah album. And he never even met her. Can you say obsessed?
