Kat Von D can breathe a little easier, now that she's secured a restraining order against an alleged stalker with potentially "delusional and paranoid tendencies."
According to a report from TMZ, a man named Michael Nunn has made repeated attempts to get close to the "L.A. Ink" star. Nunn hasn't exactly made his actions a secret: He has contacted her through Twitter, posted her home phone number online, and even showed up at her house in April.
The temporary restraining order currently requires Nunn to stay 100 yards away from Von D, and he is forbidden from contacting her through the Internet. Whether this court order will become permanent will be decided later in December.
