Coming up on Wednesday, January 12 in New York City...

The Hudson Hotel, on West 58th street, will do the honors of screening “The Shoemaker,” a short film written, directed, and starring Mr. Kaves.

Kaves is renowned for having a plethora of talents, most notably as a graffiti artist, front man, and tattooist. As an artist, his accomplishments are extensive and he’s dabbled in almost every medium available. With his debut short film, he now transcends his traditional style of storytelling to a new medium, while keeping the Brooklyn roots embodied by his music and art alive.

“The Shoemaker” is an aspiring film to any artist looking to transform their creativity in a new way. Kaves’ courage and artistry involved in the production will surprise even his most loyal of fans.

Doors open at 8 PM for the premier of the short film. The evening will be accompanied by music from DJ ADM as well as a showcasing of Kaves’ new paintings.
