"I'm a living doll."
Barbie Since Birth
In a sit-down interview, Angelica admitted that her strict, Russian parents groomed her into becoming a real-life doll since the minute she as born. “Since I was a child, my parents styled me as a Barbie so I’m glad that I’m equated to one—Barbie is the idol of girls around the world,” she told the Daily Mail.
Growing up as a life-like doll, Angelica’s parents were very strict. She says they were very stern when it came to her social life.
“Growing up, my parents raised me like a princess and never let me go out, date boys or have the usual adult experiences. As a result, I am not fit for real life—I’m like a living doll.”
Growing Up Barbie
Angelica’s childhood was very on the straight and narrow, but maybe that’s because of the way her parents treated her. “My parents called me ‘the princess.’ They always bought me the best toys.”
With a body like that, her parents refuse go on dates alone.
