Inked Girls: Jenna hachey
Myself in a sentence: Small town girl in love with tattoos, driving lifted trucks, shooting guns, and getting dirty.
Hometown: Sutton, ma
The design and themes of my tattoos: I never stuck to a specific theme for all of my tattoos. They range from very simplistic and somewhat generic, to Japanese traditional, to my own personal creations. The way I choose my tattoos is if I come up with an idea and absolutely fall in love then it's worthy of putting on my body.
More specifics about my tattoo: Starting from the bottom up:
Left foot- "storms make trees take deeper roots"
Right foot - "EJM <3" the initials of my friend that passed away
Hips- 3 black stars descending in size on each hip
Left side - 2 more open stars extending from original stars
Left ribs - the exact make/model of my first rifle
Right ribs - "keep holding on" with a flower design going down my side
Right arm - Japanese traditional tattoo with waves and cherry blossoms
Left arm - originally was just angel wings on my inner arm. Now I am in the process of adding a rose design half sleeve and a woman's face with smoke coming out of her mouth.
Back - quote down my spine which was the quickest and least painful tattoo I have.
My favorite tattoo and the story behind it: My quotes have to be my favorite because its a daily reminder of what I need to live by. One reads "storms make trees take deeper roots" reminding me that even when shit gets rough ultimately it will make you steadier and stronger. The second one down my spine says "when you're hourglass runs out of sand you can't flip it over and start again" - Kenny Chesney, that one is pretty self explanatory.
My next tattoo: After finishing both half sleeves I'm planning on knuckle tattoos. One will be a small sugar skull. I'm waiting on other inspirations for the rest of the knuckles.
