The design and themes of my tattoos: The designs of my tattoos are really girly: flowers, hearts, birds, colors and pretty letters. The them it just that GIRLY and be being free from a lot of things Ive been through in life.
My favorite tattoo and the story behind it: Is my left arm full sleeve....because...I served 6
years in the United States Army. I was stationed at Fort Jackson, SC,
Seoul Korea, Fort Huachuca, AZ, and Germany. While in Germany around
January 2007 I discovered a mark on my right arm that has since then
spread covering 1/4 of my arm. It has been told to me that I have a
skin disease called Lichen Planus. This is a non contagious disease
that has no cure and unsure where it comes from. This has made me very
self conscious and embarrassed to expose my arm. Since I am in love
with tattoos, beginning December of 2012 I have started working on a
full sleeve to attempt to camouflage the scar. The sleeve consists of
flowers, birds, tree branches, and a sun. They represent me being
beautiful and free of all the negativity the scar attracts. Since
getting the tattoos I'm a happier and more confident person.
My next tattoo: Was a RIP heart in memory of my little brother on my lower left side of my back. But I have had it covered and put on my arm.
