Ever since they were introduced in 1949 Legos have captured the imaginations of children and adults. The little colored bricks can be used to create virtually anything that a person can dream of. The key player in the environments a person can create is the Lego man; known for his round yellow head and claw like hands the little guy has become an icon. In recent years Lego has been turning popular characters from other media—comics, movies, TV and more—into Lego characters. Many of those adaptions can be seen in the tattoos that make up this gallery. Check out these Lego tattoos celebrating the popular toys.
This amazing Lego Superman, and many of the other Lego characters in this gallery, was done by Max Pniewski.
