Lollapalooza Ends On High Note Despite Stormy Weather

Lollapalooza had the usual suspects appear at this year’s gathering in Chicago’s Grant Park. Epic musicians, masses of fans, and tons of security were all in attendance. One uninvited guest though came sweeping in on Saturday.
A major storm unleashed itself on artists and festivalgoers, who had to run for cover to shield themselves from the torrential downpour. The festival was shut down until 6 p.m. and the crowd was let back in.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence and the Machine, Jack White, Black Sabbath, and Avicii were among the artists who performed at Lollapalooza and Billboard picked five moments from this past weekend that highlight what will surely be the most memorable Lolla yet.
