Miley Cyrus Adds Another Meaningful Tattoo to Her Collection

Earlier today, Miley revealed in her usual nonchalant way while leaving pilates, her 14th tattoo. The new ink is a quote taken directly from the honorable Theodore Roosevelt from a speech he gave in Paris in 1910. The tattoo is on her left arm and reads, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”

Cyrus has said in the past that she would never get a meaningless tattoo and that if the ink is significant, it takes some of the pain away. Well a quote from a glorified President is as meaningful as it gets, in my opinion.

Oh, but don’t worry about all the tattoos guys, she’s just being Miley. And I love it. Check out below to see more of the Party in the USA songstress’s tattoos.
