Korean artist Koo Jeong-A has combined a skate park and art installation to create Belgium's OTRO, the world's first glow-in-the-dark skatepark. OTRO's bowls, cradles, and tunnels glow a beautiful emerald at night, making nocturnal skate hijinks super easy.
