Pinchazo Publishing Group, Inc. reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

The winner will be required to execute and return to Pinchazo Publishing Group, Inc. an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) days following attempted notification.

The Grand Prize winner will have Five (5) days after notification to accept the prize or will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. US prize winners will be required to execute and return to Pinchazo Publishing Group, Inc. a W9 tax form within ten (10) days following attempted notification. Canadian prizewinners will be required to execute and return to Pinchazo Publishing Group, Inc. an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) days following attempted notification.

If the selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or does not return the executed Affidavit of Eligibility within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Pinchazo Publishing Group, Inc. to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
