Today’s skull of the day is this awesome piece by Phil Garcia. This color work artist is a skull mastermind. As skulls are some of his most popular subjects in tattoos, Garcia has continuously found ways to transform the iconic image so that he never repeats a previous work. Today’s skull takes a new spin on the skull and flowers idea by mixing the post-mortem cranium with filigree-like plants as to give off the illusion of burial. We love the bright colors used in this piece to really draw the eye in with those blues and greens. Check out more of Garcia’s incredible portfolio right here and keep an eye out for more awesome skulls!
