Arctic Weather Won't Stop This NYC Tradition
While many of us can't even imagine braving the winter weather without a thick winter jacket—this weekend, thousands of New Yorkers will be wearing a lot yes. That's right, the annual No Pants Subway Ride is back for it's 17th run. People from around the world will be riding public transportation in their undies this weekend, creating an international spectacle. And despite the record breaking storm that is currently hitting the East Coast, participants will be rocking their favorite panties and boxers on the trains.
