Ronildo Moreira de Araujo, a 29-year-old tattoo artist and his idiot neighbor were arrested after literally taking justice into their own hands by tattooing the Portuguese words "eu sou ladrao e vacilao", which means "I am a thief and loser" on a young man’s forehead.

News coming out of Sao Bernardo do Campo report that on June 9th the 17-year-old thief was caught by the two men while he was trying to steal a bicycle from a one-legged man in the area Shortly after a video taken by the neighbor Wesley Carvalho dos Reis, 27 was uploaded and caused justified outrage.
