What color is a healthy stool!
Oh boy, Sigmund Freud would love this article. However, today we are not going to discuss the psychology of our relationship with our poop, but rather that actual physical components that tell a lot about the state of our health. Although most of us do not dwell on the color or texture of our feces, we always seem to notice when the hue is a bit off.
Nine times out of ten, this discoloration or re-coloration of our stool is due to diet. However, sometimes a minor color change can signify a minor health issue, or in some cases actually be a symptom that there is a more serious issue going on gastro-intestinal system.
