Believe it or not, but some of your bad habits actually have a positive effect on your health! Of course we're not encouraging you take up any of the potentially deadly habits and if you already indulge it would undoubtedly behoove you to stop the practice. Many of these basically unhealthy indulgences include some type of chemical or organic substance that have a considerable negative effect on the body, but like most things in life there is a good side and a bad side.
