Since many people seem to misinterpret the origin of Cinco de Mayo—it is the anniversary of the Battle of Puebla and not Mexican Independence Day as many believe—the good people at Young & Reckless decided they would create their own holiday by dubbing the day Ink Appreciation Day. Y&R brought Roman Abrego and the Artistic Element crew into their Los Angeles showroom to give out free tattoos. As Roman and crew set up shop in the showroom a throng of people lined up around the block eagerly awaiting the chance to get some complimentary ink from the talented tattoo artists. Check out this video and gallery of pictures to catch a glimpse of all the fun that was had.
