On December 7th, 2019 Justin Bieber took the plunge with a large neck tattoo, seeking out the skills set of Dr. Woo. Many believed the "Forever" was a hint to his upcoming album, however, Bieber instead named that "Changes." In addition to the word forever, Bieber also added a sparrow, a classic tattoo symbol that Woo modernized in his fine line style.
While it may not be a surprise that Grande has a neck tattoo, fans seldom notice the tiny crescent she has tattooed. Initially, Grande had intended on naming her third studio album "Moonlight," after one of the tracks, however, she instead selected "Dangerous Woman." Gomez debuted her third studio album "Rare" on January 10th and just a few days later, got the word inked on the side of her neck by Bang Bang himself.
