Celebrities Say Goodbye to Juice WRLD

Juice WRLD was a star on the rise, with his debut studio album, “Goodbye & Good Riddance” becoming certified platinum in 2018 and his second album, “Death Race for Love,” hitting number one on the Billboard 200. Not to mention, WRLD won the coveted “Top New Artist” award at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, which in past years went to Khalid (2018), Zayn (2017) and Fetty Wap (2016). However, after turning 21 just six days earlier, WRLD passed away from a seizure after arriving from a flight at the Chicago Midway International Airport on December 8th.

The cause of his seizure and death are yet to be determined, however, TMZ reported that 70 pounds of marijuana was seized from WRLD’s bags at his private jet terminal and according to law enforcement, “several members of Juice’s team aboard the flight — which landed around 1 AM Sunday — told them Juice had taken “several unknown pills” prior to the seizures which led to him getting rushed to a hospital.”
