25 Incredible Mac Miller Tattoos
What's your favorite Mac Miller song?
On January 19th, 1992 Malcolm McCormick was born. He’s best known to the world as Mac Miller and would go on to become one of the most recognizable faces in hip-hop. Miller was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and made his debut in the city’s hip-hop scene in 2007 at the age of 15. He quickly grew a name for himself and by 2010 he released his breakthrough mixtape “K.I.D.S.” In 2011, he debuted two of the biggest projects in his entire career, his mixtape “Best Day Ever” and his debut studio album “Blue Slide Park.” The latter project debuted at number one on the Billboard Top 200 chart, making it the first independently-distributed debut album to do so in 16 years.
“Blue Slide Park” and the album’s lead single, “Frick Park Market,” put Miller on the map as a hip-hop artist to watch and was followed up by five studio albums, each appearing in the top 5 of the Billboard Top 200. His career was unfortunately cut short on September 7th, 2018, when he passed away at just 26 years old. His legacy has continued to live on, resulting in numerous tributes, a posthumous album and hundreds (if not, thousands) of tattoos.
