Celebrate National Lollipop Day with Sweet Candy Tattoos
Do you prefer sweet or sour candies?
Saturday, July 20th, is National Lollipop Day—an annual celebration of a sweet treat that was first created in 16th century Europe. However, it wasn’t until 1908 that the modern lollipop was invented by George Smith, who named the candy after his favorite racing horse. In honor of this sweet holiday, we’re celebrating by taking a look at some of the best tiny treat tattoos crafted by Mike Devries. Devries is a renowned realism artist who has recently developed a passion for tattooing realistic candies. Take a look at his sweet tattoos in the gallery below and stay tuned for a collaboration he did with his son Kyle!
