Take a look at the short life of the Grammy nominated rapper

On March 31st, at approximately 3:25pm, rapper Nipsey Hussle was shot several times outside of his store, Marathon Clothing, in South Los Angeles. Two others were shot on the scene, with Hussle pronounced dead at a local hospital. The LAPD are currently investigating the homicide and are currently searching for suspects.

Hussle was born Ermias Davidson Asghedom on August 15th, 1985. He was born in Los Angeles and in February 2018 released his debut studio Victory Lap, which was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019.

From 2013, up until his death, Hussle was in a relationship with actress Lauren London. The couple welcomed their first child on August 31st, 2016, named Kross Asghedom.

After news of his death broke, many celebrities took to social media to pay their respects:
