This Marine’s Mom is Semper Fi

When Susan Jonesia promised her son, a Marine who was away at South Carolina’s Camp Pendleton, that she would get a tattoo when he returned home, she never imagined she would actually have to go through with getting the ink. But, on May 13, the evening before Mother’s Day, Susan’s son, 19-year-old Private First Class Joshua Jonesia, surprised her by coming home unexpectedly. Jonesia held her to her word, which is how she ended up spending her Mother’s Day sitting in a tattoo chair.
