The Moments of Climax and Repression
Masturbation, also known as onanism, is as old as humankind and was praised holy in ancient Greece and ancient Egypt. However, over time these beliefs have changed. When the Victorian Era rose to popularity, sexual matters did not.
However, according to scientists, masturbation is actually healthy. In an article by the "Independent," Canadian science vlogger couple, Mitchell Moffit and Gregory Brown, who run their YouTube channel "ASAP Science," say that masturbation can make you happy, improves fertility and is good for you. Who would argue with that?
But besides the health benefits, it also gives us a chance to explore our body, like Columbus discovered the New World.
If we “rub one out” ourselves or “jerk off,” we get the chance to understand our body better; on our own terms. It’s easier to climax because we know what we like and how to use our fingers - or the entire hand- to reach that goal. And if the hand is not enough, toys come handy.
Even if you're in a relationship, nothing can top the "relationship" with oneself. Between the sexual encounter with your partner, some alone time is important.
